Visiting Information
During your visit, you can explore the two buildings that make up the car museum at your own pace. Once you have paid the entrance fee, you will receive a stamp to show the museum curators when moving on to the next building. Each car has an informational sign (currently only available in Swedish) with details to read based on your interests.
The cars (except for the emergency vehicles outside in the yard) are not to be touched, but you are welcome to get close and peek inside them. We kindly ask you to be cautious with items such as hanging jackets or bags that could brush against the cars. Damages will be charged for.

Since the number of exhibition items has increased since the gallery buildings were originally constructed, many of the cars are now displayed on upper floors that can only be accessed by stairs. As a result, a full tour of the museum cannot be offered to wheelchair users or individuals with mobility impairments who cannot get to the second floor.
Currently, there are no special accommodations for individuals with visual or hearing impairments.
Here you can find information on how to get to us, as well as details about transportation options.
We offer free parking for all our visitors, but with a maximum of 6 hours.

We do, of course, make exceptions for very young children (under 2 years old) who are not yet walking on their own in the museum. If the child is in a stroller or being carried during the visit, that is perfectly fine. However, we encourage all visitors with strollers to exercise great caution and be mindful of not accidentally bumping into the cars.
